The building where the condo is located was erected in 2006. The condo itself was finished in 2013. Same year it was furnished. Each year the owners do the renovation of the apartment and in the surrounding area.

The Hill Vidikovac is located right above the Old Town of Budva and the name is translated from Montenegrin language as “View Point”, because it has the best view on the Budvanian Riviera.
