18 are single rooms.

Location:
The residence for the elderly will be located in a prestigious area, in the center of the Valadares district, municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia. 
It is located 500 meters from the train station and is served by different means of transportation (bus, shuttle and train). The residential agglomeration is high, so it denotes the same variety of commercial activities (banks, cafes, restaurants, stores, clinics, schools, etc.).
